Proof of Delivery

Proof Of Delivery (POD) can provide you with the assurance that the items are safely delivered. For providers with POD enabled, the driver will be notified to take photos or request signatures from the recipients as a proof of a successful delivery. The proof of delivery is important for dispute resolution with your customers in the event that the items are not delivered to the correct location and if the items are not delivered in good condition.

Not all delivery providers will provide POD, however, we will always pass them to you if we have it.

To find out which providers offer POD, you can refer to your provider settings page.

If you are using our API, you will receive POD as a form of a URL image link in our webhooks as well as Get Orders endpoint.

You can also find your POD in your order tracking dashboard (read more about tracking your orders here). You will able to retrieve your POD in both board and table view.

We make the experience better for you. For some providers, the POD provided will expire. However, we save the image so that it is easy for you to retrieve anytime on our order dashboard.

Parcel Delivery for Next Day / 1 - 3 Delivery Types

You can deliver everything with Kosmo. For e-commerce, it makes sense to use our next day / 1-3 day delivery as it will significantly reduce your cost. For next day / 1-3 day delivery types, there is a dimension limit of 100cm x 100cm x 100cm and weight limit of 30kg. For larger parcels, instant and scheduled delivery types using vans and lorries will be cheaper.

Customers will be required to print the delivery providers’ label and paste them on the parcels before the delivery partner picks up your order. One unique label will be required for each parcel. This will allow the parcels to be tracked individually. Parcels must be packed and labelled in accordance to the instructions stated here.

You will be able to obtain your waybill label URL in printable format in our Get Order endpoint and in our webhook. You will be provided with the waybill in the format specified by the respective delivery providers.
